is one of most popular sealing products. SOG existing toolings
include all O-Rings in accordance with AS568A. Also, we supply

BONDED
SEAL |

The
bonded seals is a static seals which are used as a sealing ring
fitted under bolt heads and nuts. In order to avoid any damage
on the sealing lip, the inside diameter of bonded seals should
be larger than the external thread diameter and the rubber
should be bonded to the inside metal only. |

V-SEALS |

Although
V-Ring is not generally considered as being an oil seal, it can
be used in certain applications provided that some form of
hydrodynamic feature, such as a spiral groove on the counterface,
is incorporated. In addition the V-Ring must be supported
axially.
V-Ring
can be used to seal against water provided that the design
incorporates some form of drainage system between the V-Ring and
the bearing. In this type of application, particularly if the
V-Ring is required to operate in the half-submerged condition,
sealed bearings are recommended.

WIPER
SEALS |

seals are made of nitrile rubber, general in 90 shore a, for
press-in fitting in open housings. The SOG type 182 has metal
insert for reinforcement and type 282 has an external metal
case. |
